CLASSES AVAILABLE THIS SUMMER

Wake up M•T• W•TH•F 6:30-7:30am

Designed to get you going in the morning. A mix of low impact cardio Pilates, ball work, strength and flexibility exercises

Step In T•Th 9:00-10:00am

A lower intensity class emphasizing the fundamentals of step aerobics. This class is perfect for someone new to step, new to exercise or someone looking for a good cardio workout with less complex choreography.

Step Up M•W 4:00-5:00pm

An intermediate class designed for those familiar with step, higher intensity and more complex choreography make this a fun and energetic hour for participants looking for a more challenging workout.

Gentle Yoga M•Th 10:30-11:30am

A class that encourages tight muscles and joints to open and strengthen while the body finds natural balance and the mind quiets. Movements from both Hatha and Yin styles are sequenced with breath and meditation practice. Appropriate for those who prefer a quieter pace, are new to yoga or have physical challenges.

Yoga Flow T•Th 4:30-5:30pm

Movement and breath are synchronized as one pose flows into the next in an energetically-paced session emphasizing balance, strength and flexibility, followed by a meditative cool-down. Drop-ins are welcome.

Chi Kung W 8:00-9:30am

Learn skills for health, healing and well-being using non-strenuous standing and sitting positions to

encourage the flow of Chi energy.
