First Annual Island Party West
On Saturday March 5, the first annual Island Party West was held at the home of Rolf and Kay Normann in Scottsdale, Arizona. We were able to round up 11 people for this first effort. It was a beautiful day and the setting at the home of Rolf and Kay was picture perfect. Kirby grilled burgers and dogs and there were lots of delicious side dishes and desserts. The attendees were Rolf and Kay, Jeannie & Kirby Gunnlaugsson, Mark and Carrie Dewey, Gil and Ann Fornaciari, Jim and Drew Tibbetts and Don Jensen. We hope to make this an annual event in March, so you Islanders who are hiding out down here, contact Don Jensen at reachdon@cox.net so we can get you on the list for the next get-together.
